What quality of carpet should I choose?

We will advice you entirely based on what your needs and requirements are, all our carpets have a wear recommendation on the label, investing in a quality carpet however will be more worthwhile as they keep their good appearance and last year after year!

Should we choose a wool product or man made (stain free) quality?

It’s a question of your needs! For example clients that suffer from allergies for example would be recommended to choose a man made carpet as these shed less fibres and also have the benefit of easy stain removal for your childrens bedrooms, however if its underfoot comfort and a carpet that will keep its lasting appearance over many years, then you cannot beat the look and feel of Great British or New Zealand wool carpets.

Do you stock carpets and hardwood flooring?

Yes we have a massive selection of quality wool end of roll clearance carpets and many full rolls of carpet, as a leading stockist in the area we not only hold the standard 4 meter wide but many in 5 meter wide too, so you can still pick up a bargain and avoid seaming. On the hardwood flooring we stock a variety of solid oak and engineered oak at very competitive prices.

Should I buy new underlay with my purchase of carpet?

The general answer to that question is yes, because a new underlay will provide a luxury feel and will help prolong the life of the carpet as well as validating the guarantee of a new carpet that manufacturers require.

How far will you travel?

We have clients all over the UK, but 85% of our client base is within the Leeds Bradford and surrounding area.

We do not know how much we require, can you pre measure?

We can at no extra cost, and the added benefit of this is, we will be able to advice you to keep you within your budget! For jobs further a field we can provide an estimate using plans, and on your approval of the estimate we will then proceed to measure professionally.

Is the fitting of the highest standard?

This on the surface could sound a strange question to ask, but is one of the most frequent. We know only too well just how important it is to have your flooring installed correctly, and this is our main comittment to leave you fully satisfied. That’s why all our fitters are fully qualified in their specific field, they have many years experience, we pride ourselves on the quality of our work which is why we are proud to be part of the guild of master craftsman.
